I knew when this was posted in the other article that it would be up with a plethora of the crazy PS3 fanboys eating it up. I'll make my own judgment, not some site I'm not familiar with.
I did read it and they over-react to things. Too dark? What? The complaints about Firefight not having enough details to help you win the game. That's ridiculous. Limited ammo in Firefight. (I think he thinks it's too hard) The "glitches everywhere" was his sniper bullets sometimes did...
but it makes you nervous about ODST? If they aren't trustworthy, then why let them sway you?
Wiispace.com...another useless site the PS3 loons (regular PS3 fans are fine) can point to as reputable and right on the money about ODST.

Not only disagrees but taking bubbles from the pro Halo comments...in a Halo related article. Who would've ever thought there would be people who like Halo here, of all places.

Having a Halo avatar doesn't mean he's wrong. The guy he's talking to is a complete idiot. To say no one cares about the single player just shows how dumb this guy is. Everyone I know who is buying this game is buying it for the story and the new direction it's taking. I think the open city and the flashback way of telling the story is intriguing.

reading the misleading title is easier than actually reading what was said.
It was not a fun game in the demo. Terrible controls, decent graphics, cool style, and zero fun. Nearly impossible to aim if you didn't do that stupid bullet time crap. (not to mention the horrible QTE of the car scene)I was hoping it would be decent, but after the demo, I'm not surprised it got the score it did.
a 6-8 (maybe longer looking for audio logs) campaign, Firefight and three new maps (only 3 new for me; $10 value) for H3 multiplayer. Reach and anything else is just icing on the cake.
Bioshock- longer campaign, strictly single player (new engine) = 60 bucks
Uncharted- longer campaign and single player (new engine)= 60 bucks
ODST- Co-op campaign, co-op mode Firefight, extra content (H3 engine) = 60 bucks
ODST has more content and the others ...
but I read that as saying Reach will add extra incentive to buy ODST. Extra content is always extra incentive. He never said that the beta alone will sell ODST or that it needs the beta to sell. Interpretation fail for most of you.
Only Halo is bashed for adding extra content to a game. How in the hell is adding access to the Reach beta a bad thing? More content in any game would be a good thing. I don't care what game it is. If KZ2 or UC2 came with a beta to another anticipated ...

And you're also right about this site being over-run. It's a sad place when there's more PS3 fans bashing a 360 article than fans who preorder the PS3's top games. Go pre-order Uncharted 2 like you should, it looks awesome, and get off the 360 articles.

You PS3 fans are so sad. Why do you come to Halo articles when you either don't have a 360 or will never play this game? Isn't there something interesting in the PS3 section to talk about?
Anyway, the article leaves me anxiously awaiting the 22nd. It will be interesting to see how the main story and Sadie's story play out.

I'd have a problem if they gave UC2 a bad score, and so would you. It looks great. If it was a game similar to another game you liked (UC2 being similar in gameplay to UC), you'd be displeased too. It works both ways.
P.S.- I tried to get Keighley to give me a PS3 so I could redeem the UC2 codes he was giving out. He didn't do it. Bastar...
